Rental days count from the day the vehicle is picked up by the carrier until the day it arrives back - always with a tracking number to avoid errors.

Security Deposit = variable based on the baby carrier

The deposit is returned at the end of the rental period, upon successful receipt of the item and deducted from the multiplication of any extra days by the daily rate.

Shipping and collection costs are the responsibility of Gotu.

Rental conditions
1. Each baby carrier is subject to a deposit, which will be refunded once the product is returned, and the rental amount for a predetermined period.

2. After payment confirmation, the baby carrier will be shipped within a maximum of 2 business days. The rental period begins from the date the carrier picks it up at our address. Shipping will be to the address you provide.

3. The rental period must be respected. You can extend the rental by 7 or 15 days, by prior agreement. If you wish to extend the rental, please contact us within the period you selected to confirm your availability. Please note: these are consecutive days, not business days.

4. Shipping and return costs for the baby carrier are included in the price and are the responsibility of Gotu. Please contact us so we can schedule a timely pickup. In most cases, carrier deliveries are made the next business day.

5. The rented item must be properly protected and packaged to prevent damage during transit. This includes the baby carrier and its box or packaging.

6. When the baby carrier is returned to Gotu, we will inspect its integrity. If damage is found, the deposit may not be refunded (if the damage is irreparable) or may be partially refunded (with the amount required for repairs being deducted). If there is damage, the deadline for returning the deposit will be subject to estimates and repair deadlines. Once the assessment is complete, we will notify you by email of the refund amount.

7. The baby carrier is your responsibility while in your possession. Take care of it as if it were your own. Do not use Velcro, staples, glue, or other materials that could damage the fabric of the baby carrier.

8. A full refund of the deposit is subject to compliance with the baby carrier's return deadline. In case of delay, a fixed amount of €3 per day will be deducted, regardless of the baby carrier in question.

9. We will always request proof of your IBAN for the refund. You will receive the security deposit, minus any extra days used without prior agreement and any damages that need to be repaired, if applicable. We will process the transfer, with notification by email, within 3 business days after the verification process is complete.

10. Check the baby carrier upon arrival and upon departure. If you notice any damage or problems, contact us immediately with photos or videos of the product so we can document it and determine liability. If the damage puts your baby's safety at risk, we will send a replacement baby carrier, free of charge, if one is available.

11. Do not wash, dry, or iron the baby carrier. We ensure proper sanitization upon arrival. All rental carriers are ready to use and properly sanitized. If an accident occurs during use, use only water and a damp cloth or wipes. Do not rub or rub the fabric. Remove dirt "roughly." If absolutely necessary (accidents happen), contact us first.

13. Gotu is not responsible for any accidents that occur during the rental of the baby carrier. The safety of children is the responsibility of the adult using the baby carrier.
