Fidu's Strawberry Buttercream Mix is a preparation without artificial colors, without the 14 most common allergens, gluten-free and vegan that allows you to make tasty and creamy toppings and fillings.
It makes a light and fluffy buttercream with a delicious strawberry aroma and a beautiful pink color, which spreads easily and maintains its shape and texture. It is prepared with vegetable margarine, and is suitable for people with cow's milk protein allergy (CMPA), lactose intolerance and vegetarian and vegan diets. It is ideal for filling or topping birthday, wedding, christening or any other special occasion cakes. It can also be used to decorate cupcakes, muffins, donuts, cookies and other treats.
It is versatile and creative, allowing you to create different combinations and designs. It can also be enriched with fruits, chocolate, sweets or edible flowers, to add a touch of elegance and sophistication.

INGREDIENTS: Powdered sugar (sugar, cornstarch), color: anthocyanins, aroma.

PREPARATION METHOD:
- Using an electric mixer, beat 75g of vegetable margarine until creamy.
- Gradually add the mix and 1.5 tablespoons of water and beat continuously for 3 to 5 minutes until you obtain a smooth, homogeneous cream.
The 14 Allergens:
1. Cereals containing gluten, namely wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt, kamut or their hybridized strains and products based on these cereals;
2. Crustaceans and crustacean-based products;
3. Eggs and egg products;
4. Fish and fish products;
5. Peanuts and peanut products;
6. Soy and soy products;
7. Milk and milk-based products (including lactose);
8. Nuts, namely almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pecan nuts, Brazil nuts, pistachios, macadamia nuts or Queensland nuts and products based on these fruits;
9. Celery and celery-based products;
10. Mustard and mustard-based products;
11. Sesame seeds and sesame seed products;
12. Sulfur dioxide (SO2) and sulfites;
13. Lupine and lupine-based products;
14. Molluscs and mollusc-based products.
