Fidu's Strawberry Buttercream Mix is a preparation free from artificial colorings, the 14 most common allergens, gluten-free, and vegan, allowing you to create delicious and creamy frostings and fillings.

INGREDIENTS: Icing sugar (sugar, corn starch), coloring: anthocyanins, flavoring.

PREPARATION METHOD:
- Using an electric mixer, beat 75g of vegetable margarine until creamy.
- Gradually add the mix and 1.5 tbsp of water and beat continuously for 3 to 5 minutes until a smooth and homogeneous cream is obtained.

1. Cereals containing gluten, namely wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt, kamut, or their hybridized strains and products thereof;
2. Crustaceans and products thereof;
3. Eggs and products thereof;
4. Fish and products thereof;
5. Peanuts and products thereof;
6. Soybeans and products thereof;
7. Milk and products thereof (including lactose);
8. Nuts, namely almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pecans, Brazil nuts, pistachios, macadamia nuts or Queensland nuts, and products thereof;
9. Celery and products thereof;
10. Mustard and products thereof;
11. Sesame seeds and products thereof;
12. Sulphur dioxide (SO2) and sulphites;
13. Lupin and products thereof;
14. Molluscs and products thereof.
