We call it traditional because it's an alternative with a taste and appearance more similar to homemade cake, using only the basic traditional ingredients.
However, our traditional cake can be enjoyed by everyone, including those with most dietary restrictions, because it contains no wheat flour, eggs, or butter.
Like all our products, it does not contain the 14 main allergens , is gluten-free, lactose-free, or contains ingredients of animal origin.
It's a good base for decorating or filling with whatever you like; just let your imagination run wild!
INGREDIENTS: Flour (rice, corn), brown sugar, corn starch, leavening agents (monopotassium tartrate, sodium bicarbonate), salt, thickener (xanthan gum).

The 14 Allergens:
1. Cereals containing gluten, namely wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt, kamut or their hybridized strains and products based on these cereals;
2. Crustaceans and crustacean-based products;
3. Eggs and egg-based products;
4. Fish and fish products;
5. Peanuts and peanut-based products;
6. Soybeans and soy-based products;
7. Milk and milk-based products (including lactose);
8. Nuts, namely almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pecans, Brazil nuts, pistachios, macadamia nuts or Queensland nuts and products made from these fruits;
9. Celery and celery-based products;
10. Mustard and mustard-based products;
11. Sesame seeds and sesame seed-based products;
12. Sulfur dioxide (SO2) and sulfites;
13. Lupins and lupin-based products;
14. Mollusks and mollusk-based products.
