We call it traditional because it is an alternative with a flavor and appearance most similar to homemade cake made only with basic traditional ingredients.
However, our traditional cake can be consumed by everyone, including most dietary restrictions, as it contains no wheat flour, no eggs, and no butter.
Like all our products, it does not contain the 14 major allergens, it is gluten-free, lactose-free, and contains no ingredients of animal origin.
It is a good base for decorating or filling with whatever you want, just let your imagination run wild!
INGREDIENTS: Flour (rice, corn), brown sugar, corn starch, leavening agents (monopotassium tartrate, sodium bicarbonate), salt, thickener (xanthan gum).

1. Cereals containing gluten, namely wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt, kamut or their hybridised strains and products thereof;
2. Crustaceans and products thereof;
3. Eggs and products thereof;
4. Fish and products thereof;
5. Peanuts and products thereof;

7. Milk and products thereof (including lactose);
8. Nuts, namely almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashew nuts, pecan nuts, Brazil nuts, pistachios, macadamia nuts or Queensland nuts, and products thereof;
9. Celery and products thereof;
10. Mustard and products thereof;
11. Sesame seeds and products thereof;
12. Sulphur dioxide (SO2) and sulphites;
13. Lupin and products thereof;
14. Molluscs and products thereof.
