What does TOG mean?

TOG is a measure of a sleeping bag's thermal resistance (heat). Choosing the right TOG depends on the ambient temperature of the baby's room. Our guide can help you find the ideal sleeping bag:

  • Summer: TOG 0.4 and TOG 0.5 = For temperatures above 24ºC.
  • Mid-Season: TOG 1.0 = For temperatures between 21ºC and 24ºC.
  • Winter: TOG 2.5 = For temperatures below 21ºC.

Care Instructions:

  • Washing: Easy to care for, machine washable at 30ºC.
  • Drying: Avoid hot air dryers.
