For us at Gotu, it is important that an order arrives at your home in perfect condition. We do everything we can to take care of our boxes, with the same care we give to a newborn baby, because we love that magic of receiving a toy or a perfect shoe box at home, almost as if it had been made just for us.
Do you need to exchange?
Food products, handmade products or products with health and hygiene restrictions have different rules.

up to 14 days after receiving it.
What are the costs?
Return costs are at your expense.
The costs depend on: €4.50 for small items and €10 for larger items such as car seats, or €9 (€4.50+€4.50) for a collection shipment. If you return only part of the items and the total value is below €100, we will deduct the shipping costs from the refund amount, if it is above that amount, it is on us!
When will I receive my refund?
Up to 5 business days after cancellation. Only the shipping costs will not be refunded, as the shipping is done by a third party. The refund will be returned after we receive and check the returned items.
Important!
Returned items must be in perfect condition!
As if they were ready to be adopted by another family!
General rule: Car seats and babywearing are not exchangeable items.
Car seats have specific rules and are analyzed on a case-by-case basis. Babywearing can only be exchanged in the event of manufacturing defects and is subject to the Babywearing rental conditions.

Think of the return as a child who needs a new adoptive family.
