Set of 30 illustrated cards with positive affirmations that will help you build a more confident self. And it includes a Booklet that suggests ways to explore these affirmations as a family.

For children aged 8 and up (although it can be used with children of any age, as well as adults)

Contains - 30 illustrated cards with 30 positive affirmations aimed at positively inspiring the person drawing a card, creating motivation for a specific task or challenge, unlocking a situation, or helping to emotionally process a day.

Encouraging self-talk, self-care, and focusing on positive and encouraging words is a strategy that impacts an individual's ability to successfully handle a task, activity, or life experience.

Suggestions for use:

1. One card for a beautiful day - At the start of each day, the child randomly draws a card to begin the day with optimism, motivation, and happiness. With adult help, they can identify situations during the day where remembering the drawn phrase might be useful. At the end of the day, they can discuss when they remembered the phrase and if it was helpful.

2. One card at the end of the day - We all have difficult days, and children are no exception. The deck can be used as a tool to help deal with a difficult event that day, by drawing a card randomly (or by choice), and using the phrase and illustration as strategies to cope with the difficult experience. It can also serve as a prompt for the child to talk to the adult/family about the problem situation so they can think together about other solutions to cope with or resolve the issue.

3. I offer you - As a family or in a group, each member takes turns choosing a card to offer to another family/group member, justifying their choice.
