Gotu has decided that our customers deserve a guaranteed lowest price clause, so you can ensure you get the same price as other stores, but with Gotu's service.
But there are no offers without rules; therefore, here are the conditions for this offer:
As part of our guaranteed lowest price policy, we commit to offering our customers the same price they find in other stores. This guarantee applies only to identical products, in new condition (no clearance sales, auctions, stock liquidations), and available in other online stores within the national territory. Price evaluation requests are subject to approval. We reserve the right to limit this guarantee when there is evidence of Dumping, outlet sales, or unfair competition, after verifying the accuracy of the information provided by the customer and the availability of the product in the competing store. We reserve the right to limit this guarantee in cases that indicate abuse or manifest errors, and it is not applicable to all products in our establishment. This policy aims to ensure fair competition and fair prices for our customers, maintaining our commitment to quality and total satisfaction, as well as the continuity of our excellent support service.
8.1 This guarantee is not automatic and must be requested by the customer to Gotu.
8.2 This guarantee cannot be requested after purchase. (Except for exceptions approved by Gotu)
8.3 The lowest price guarantee may be limited in quantity per customer and per product, to prevent bulk purchases for resale.
8.4 Gotu reserves the right to limit the number of times a customer can request the minimum price guarantee per month, to safeguard the same aspect as clause 8.3.
8.5 Products purchased under special promotions, flash sales, Black Friday, outlet, or any other short-term sales and offers may not be eligible for the guaranteed lowest price policy.
8.6 The offer under review must be valid and verifiable at the time of the claim, and cannot have been withdrawn or altered after purchase.
8.7 Obvious pricing errors by other online stores, such as extremely low prices due to typographical errors, dumping, or unfair activity, will not be considered for the guaranteed lowest price policy.
8.8 Gotu reserves the right to change or terminate this policy at any time, without prior notice, to ensure business sustainability.
8.9 The guaranteed lowest price policy only applies to comparisons with products in stock in other online stores at the time of the claim, excluding out-of-stock or waiting list products.
8.10 Prices offered in private sales, exclusive member clubs, or through personal discounts will not be considered for matching.
8.11 In case of a dispute regarding the applicability of the guaranteed lowest price policy, the final decision will rest with Gotu, based on principles of fairness and reasonableness.
8.12 Any reductions that imply non-compliance with current legal regulations are not valid, particularly the prohibition of selling items at a loss, as defined in Decree-Law No. 166/2013, of December 27, in its current version.
8.13 Claims regarding display items, used, or incomplete items will not be accepted
