Two fundamental tools to maximize aromatherapy: therapeutic-grade essential oils and a suitable, quality diffuser.
The diffusers:
- They do not all have the same ability to diffuse through the air
- which affects the results and quantity of oils used
- They do not all have the same capacity to treat oils, breaking down macro particles into micro particles that are breathable and assimilable by our body in order to act on our systems.
- They are not all of the same quality, and as many oils are corrosive, this can deteriorate plastics and cause you to breathe in tiny plastic particles.
- Not all are ultrasonic, which means they only leave scents in the air.
If a diffuser is not suitable we can:
- using more essential oil than necessary
- harm our health due to breathable plastics
- just adding aroma to the house without obtaining therapeutic results
❗️❗️❗️ Air fresheners, burners, candles, nebulizers, humidifiers, sticks are not for aromatherapy use
Although the diffuser produces nebulization, it is not an aerosol device.
In aerosol devices, saline solution is not added directly to the distilled water tank. The salinity of the saline solution causes corrosion of the device.
Either distilled water or water is used in the diffuser.
