    How to know which size to choose?

    To find out the size you need, you simply need to measure the length of the foot. To do this, measure the distance from the heel to the tip of your longest toe. ADD 1 CM TO THE FOOT SIZE TO SELECT THE CORRECT SIZE (the shoe insole should be between 0.8 and 1.2cm beyond the foot measurement. no more no less )
