The TOG (Thermal Overall Grade) measures the sleeping bag's thermal resistance (heat). The TOG rating should be chosen based on the ambient temperature of the baby's room. Our TOG guide can help you find the most suitable sleeping bag:

  • Summer: TOG 0.4 and TOG 0.5 = +24 degrees Celsius.
  • Mid-season: TOG 1 = Between 21 and 24 degrees Celsius.
