Everyone is always looking for the best prices. We do this too, so that we can offer our customers the best brands at the most affordable prices. We have items to suit all budgets, but sometimes a certain item has such an attractive price on sale that we can't resist.
However, we know that the market is flexible and constantly changing, and prices and promotions are not always followed quickly.
That's why we created our Lowest Price Guarantee program. Have you seen the item you need for a lower price somewhere, but would like to buy it from Gotu? To take advantage of this, simply send us an email to ola@gotu.pt with a link, screenshot or proof of the lower price than ours. This way, we can activate certain internal procedures and do everything possible to guarantee the same price. The item must be for sale in the national market and in stock at the store in question, at the time of the order, as well as at our store. Certain items that require an order from the supplier may not be included.
But be careful, we can't always keep up with the latest prices, as these prices may be due to stock-offs or sales. If we can't keep up with the same price, don't worry, we'll get it as close as possible!
