Low Price Guaranteed

The search for the best prices is something everyone does. We do it too, so we can offer our customers the best brands at the most affordable prices. We have items for all budgets, but sometimes a certain item has such an attractive promotional price that we can't resist.

However, we know that the market is malleable, constantly changing, and prices and promotions are not always updated quickly.

That's why we created our Lowest Price Guarantee program. Did you see that item you need cheaper somewhere, but would like to buy it at Gotu? To take advantage of this, simply send us an email to helder@gotu.pt with a link, screenshot, or proof of the lower price. This will allow us to activate certain internal procedures and do everything possible to guarantee the same price. The item must be available for sale in the national market and in stock at the store in question at the time of the order, as well as in our store. Certain items that require ordering from the supplier may not be included.

But be aware that we can't always keep up, as these prices may be due to stock clearances or sales. If we can't match the exact price, don't worry, we'll get as close as possible!

The assembly assistance, follow-up, and constant help that we provide, and which sets us apart, will remain exactly the same. No client has ever felt abandoned by us, and that won't happen, because Gotu is with you!

RULES:

Gotu has decided that our customers deserve a guaranteed minimum price clause, so they can be sure they can get the same price as other stores, but with Gotu's service.

But there are no offers without rules; therefore, here are the conditions of this offer:

As part of our guaranteed lowest price policy, we are committed to offering our customers the same price they find in other stores. This guarantee applies only to identical products, in new condition (no sales, auctions, or stock clearance) and available in other online stores within the national territory. Price evaluation requests are subject to approval. We reserve the right to limit this guarantee when there is evidence of dumping, outlet pricing, or unfair competition, after verifying the accuracy of the information provided by the customer and the availability of the product in the competitor's store. We reserve the right to limit this guarantee in cases that show manifest abuse or errors, and it is not applicable to all products in our establishment. This policy aims to ensure fair competition and fair prices for our customers, maintaining our commitment to quality and total satisfaction, as well as the continuity of our excellent customer service.

8.1 This guarantee is not automatic and must be requested by the customer from Gotu via email at helder@gotu.pt, along with proof (screenshots) of the price charged outside of Gotu.

8.2 This warranty cannot be claimed after purchase. (Except for exceptions approved by Gotu)

8.3 The minimum price guarantee may be limited in quantity per customer and per product, preventing bulk purchases for resale.

8.4 Gotu safeguards the number of times a customer can request the minimum price guarantee per month, to safeguard the same aspect as clause 8.3.

8.5 Products purchased under special promotions, flash sales, Black Friday, outlet or any other short-term sales and offers may not be eligible for the guaranteed minimum price policy, as well as prices obtained only with discount coupons or similar.

8.6 The offer under review must be valid and verifiable at the time of the claim, and must not have been withdrawn or altered after the purchase.

8.7 Obvious pricing errors by other online stores, such as extremely low prices due to typographical errors, dumping, or unfair activity, will not be considered for the guaranteed minimum price policy.

8.8 Gotu reserves the right to change or terminate this policy at any time, without prior notice, ensuring the sustainability of the business.

8.9 The guaranteed minimum price policy applies only to comparisons with products in stock at other online stores at the time of the claim, excluding out-of-stock or backordered products.

8.10 Prices offered in private sales, exclusive membership clubs, or through personal discounts will not be considered for matching purposes.

8.11 In the event of a dispute regarding the applicability of the guaranteed minimum price policy, the final decision will rest with Gotu, based on the principles of fairness and reasonableness.

8.12 Any reductions that imply non-compliance with current legal regulations are not valid, namely the prohibition of selling items at a loss, as defined in Decree-Law No. 166/2013, of December 27, in its current version.

8.13 Applications for display items, used items, or incomplete items will not be accepted.
