The Joie Calmi Signature is an innovative and safe solution for transporting your newborn (40 to 70 cm, max. 9 kg), allowing them to travel completely flat (180°), the most ergonomic position, both in the car (with the base) and on the stroller. Approved under the R129/03 standard and tested by ADAC (with the base), it offers unique comfort and safety.

R129 Safety in the Flat Position (with Encore Base)
The Joie Calmi is one of the few carrycots approved under the R129/03 standard for use in the car (when used with the i-Base Encore), allowing the baby to travel completely flat. This position is ideal for spinal and respiratory development in the first few months. Safety is enhanced by energy-absorbing EPP foam, the 3-point internal harness, and good results in ADAC tests (with base).
Ergonomic Comfort and Practicality
The great advantage of the Calmi is allowing for longer journeys without interruption, as the flat position eliminates time restrictions associated with traditional infant carriers. Weighing only 3.6 kg, it is light and easy to transfer from the car (fixed to the i-Base Encore) to a compatible stroller (Versatrax, Finiti, Aeria), without waking the baby. It features a waterproof canopy with UPF 50+ protection, a ventilation window, an adjustable handle, storage pockets, and washable liners.
