How do I know which size to choose?

To find out which size you need, you simply need to measure the length of your foot. To do this, measure the distance from your heel to the tip of your longest toe. ADD 1 CM TO YOUR FOOT MEASUREMENT TO SELECT THE CORRECT SIZE (the shoe insole should be between 0.8 and 1.2 cm longer than your foot measurement. No more, no less.)
