In 2027, five of the thirteen national holidays fall on a weekend: Easter, April 25th, May 1st, August 15th, and Christmas. To make up for it, the year brings three one-day bridge holidays and three three-day weekends. The holidays are already marked on the two 2027 calendars we’ve prepared, ready to print and free.

One for the kitchen wall or the office, the other for their bedroom. Both are in A4, with one month per page and the national holidays already marked.

2027 bridge holidays

With one vacation day next to a holiday, you get four days off in a row:

• Corpus Christi, Thursday May 27th: bridge on Friday the 28th.
• Portugal Day, Thursday June 10th: bridge on Friday the 11th.
• Republic Day, Tuesday October 5th: bridge on Monday the 4th.
• Carnival, Tuesday February 9th: bridge on Monday the 8th, where Carnival is observed.

And three three-day weekends, without using vacation days: New Year's (Friday, January 1st), Good Friday (March 26th), and All Saints' Day (Monday, November 1st). December has the 1st and 8th in the middle of the week, both on a Wednesday.

Printing tips

• Print at 100% (actual size) on A4. The monthly calendar is landscape, the children's one is portrait.
• Paper between 120 and 160 g holds up better for pens and colored pencils than regular office paper.
• Add your local municipal holiday by hand, as it varies from town to town.
