Car Seat Rental

Child car seat rental for babies and children, with 8 models to choose from for 40 to 145 cm, delivery and collection included and installation shown by the Gotu team.

Ideal for holidays, for the grandparents' car, for a rental car or for the days when your own car seat is still on its way. You only pay for the days the seat is with you, and the rest of the deposit comes back to you at the end.

How the rental works

• Choose the car seat: select the right model for your child's height or weight. The amount shown in the cart is the deposit, equal to the retail price of the seat.
• Agree the dates with Gotu: delivery and return dates are arranged directly with the team, by WhatsApp, phone or email, before or right after booking.
• Receive the seat and learn how to install it: at collection, or before shipping, the team shows how the seat is installed, so you can travel knowing it is properly secured.
• Return it and get the difference back: once the seat is back and checked, the deposit is refunded with the rental days already deducted.

How much does it cost to rent a car seat

The rental costs €7.50 per day for every model and €10 per day for the Axkid Minikid Core. Days count from the day the seat leaves Gotu until the day it comes back. Delivery and collection are included in the service.

Example: the Joie Stages has a €230 deposit. Rented for 5 days, it costs 5 x €7.50 = €37.50. You pay €230 when booking and get €192.50 back at the end.

Car seats available to rent

The Nuna Pipa, the Axkid Minikid Core and the Axkid Move always travel rear-facing, the safest position for babies and young children: in a sudden stop, the back of the seat supports the head, neck and spine. The Axkid Move and the Axkid Minikid Core passed the Swedish Plus Test, one of the most demanding frontal crash tests for car seats.
