How to know which size to choose?
To find out which size you need, simply measure the length of the foot. To do this, measure the distance from the heel to the tip of the longest toe. ADD 1 CM TO THE FOOT LENGTH TO SELECT THE CORRECT SIZE (the shoe insole should be between 0.8 and 1.2cm longer than the foot measurement, no more, no less).
