To determine the size you need, simply measure the length of the foot. To do this, measure the distance from the heel to the tip of your longest toe. ADD 1 CM TO THE FOOT MEASUREMENT TO SELECT THE CORRECT SIZE (the insole of the shoe should be between 0.3 and 0.7cm longer than the foot measurement; no more, no less)
