The TOG (Thermal Overall Grade) measures the sleeping bag's thermal resistance (heat). The choice of TOG should be based on the ambient temperature of the baby's room.

  • Summer: TOG 0.4 and TOG 0.5 = +24 degrees.
  • Intermediate Station: TOG 1 = Between 21 and 24 degrees.
  • Winter: TOG 2.5 = -21 degrees.
