Shipping and Returns

Neobulle organic cotton suspension pads attach around the shoulder strap. Specially designed to improve baby's comfort

Your baby will naturally chew and put almost anything he finds in his mouth. Shoulder strap protectors are there to improve baby's comfort when carried and to preserve the straps of your baby carrier; they will avoid washing the entire baby carrier.

Double sided:
A very soft polar fleece side and an absorbent organic cotton side

Composition: 50% organic cotton (GOTS) for the absorbent side and 50% polyester (fleece) for greater comfort.

- Suitable for all Neobulle baby carriers
- Velcro closure
- Made in our workshop in Saint-Bonnet-le-château (42)


Washing instructions:
- Gentle wash at 40°
- It is recommended to wash with a net
- Do not tumble dry or iron

Tip:
To protect the Velcro and the rest of your clothing, overlap the Velcro of the two shoulder strap protectors with each other.

DELIVERY TIME

Orders are usually delivered within 24/48 hours for items in stock. However, there may be some delays, as transport is carried out by an external entity.

SHIPPING COSTS : Depending on the total weight of the order, shipping costs vary between €4.50 and €10 for national deliveries (Mainland Portugal). For orders over €100, shipping is free! For islands or abroad, the price increases, and can be checked at checkout.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? Whenever we ship your order, we add the Tracking Number to your personal account and also send it by email 🙂

IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS OF AN ORDER? Simply send an email to ola@gotu.pt, mentioning the order number and the new shipping address, or call us and we'll take care of the rest!

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER PAYMENT? Any change or cancellation must be requested by email to ola@gotu.pt . Please contact us, mentioning the order number, so that we can proceed with the change or cancellation/refund. The shipping costs of the item for return are the responsibility of the customer.

 

EXCHANGES

During 15 days after receipt, and if for any valid reason the item is not ideal for you, or does not fit, please contact us 🙂 The shipping costs of the item for exchange are borne by the customer.

I RECEIVED AN EXCHANGED ITEM... In the case of exchanged items, or incorrect orders, we will arrange for the correct shipment of the items and subsequent collection of the incorrect items, at no additional cost.

THE ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED. Take as many photographs as possible, or film the condition of the order, and send them to us at ola@gotu.pt along with the order number, and we will get in touch and help resolve the case!
