Sweet Almond Oil, 100% pure and natural, is an excellent emollient (prevents water loss or dehydration) to help balance the skin. It is an oil easily absorbed by the skin and one of the most used in natural cosmetics, artisanal soaps, and aromatherapy. It is widely used as a base oil for massages in synergy with essential oils because it is a very penetrating and anti-inflammatory oil. It can also be used as a makeup remover. Almond oil is rich in oleic and linoleic fatty acids and saponifies easily.
This oil is not thermosensitive, meaning its properties do not diminish when heated up to 70ºC.
