To know the size you need, simply measure the length of your foot. To do this, measure the distance from your heel to the tip of your longest toe. ADD 1 CM TO THE FOOT SIZE TO SELECT THE CORRECT SIZE (the insole of the shoe should be between 0.8 and 1.2cm beyond the foot measurement. no more no less)
