The Kikkaboo i-Explore is a versatile car seat, designed to accompany a child's growth from birth (40 cm) up to 150 cm (approximately 12 years), complying with the rigorous R129/03 (i-Size) safety standard, tested by TÜV SÜD. This seat ensures the child travels rear-facing until at least 100 cm.

Safe Growth in Two Phases
The Kikkaboo i-Explore adapts perfectly to the child's development. In the first phase (40-105 cm), it is installed with ISOFIX and Top Tether, using the integrated 5-point harness, always rear-facing, the safest position. Due to its R129 configuration, this seat ensures rear-facing use up to at least 100 cm.
In the second phase (100-150 cm), the i-Explore transforms into a high-back booster seat. The 5-point harness is removed, and the child switches to using the vehicle's 3-point seat belt, with the seat facing forward. The ISOFIX connectors can continue to be used for added stability when the child is not seated.
Comfort is ensured by the 4 recline positions, the headrest adjustable in 14 positions with memory foam, and the insert for the youngest ones. Safety is reinforced by the Side Protection System (SPS - confirm on product/manual) and compliance with the i-Size standard.
